Take I-70 East to Frisco, Exit 203.
Proceed South on Colorado Hwy.9 for 10 miles.
Hwy.9 becomes Main Street in Breckenridge.
Proceed south on Main Street, all the way through town.
Look for the Conoco Gas Station on right. Just past Conoco, at stoplight turn right onto Broken Lance Drive.
Proceed to the stop sign. Check-in (you already have your key) is at the Corral Building directly on your right, 700 Broken Lance Drive. Office phone number is 970-547-9600.
