There is a video rental machine in the elevator lobby of our building.
- The
Conoco behind our unit has basic grocery items.
- An
owners fax machine is in the entertainment cabinet on the bottom
shelf.(emergencies only please)
- A
dataport is located on the side of the kitchen telephone ( make
sure you add a 9,to your modem setup)
- There
is an icemaker in the door of the fridge
- Remotes
for the TV and stereo are in the entertainment unit, as well as
some videos if you want a movie
- Health
Club (treadmill, weights & sauna) is in the basement of the main
building
- Hot
tub is located 1 unit down on our floor, hours are 10-10. Watch
your step on the way back to the unit.
- Property
Office for emergencies, FedEx, directions, etc. is in the main
building or dial 0 on phone
- Unit
has a private heated Garage # 33; Please email
us for Combo.
- Ensure
that you only park in front of this garage as towing is enforced
- Garbage
Dumpster is in Garage 9 in the West Bldg.
- The
driveways are heated but watch around the stairs v If you get
locked out, office has a spare key
