Housekeeping

  • Trash bags are under the sink
  • There is a complete set of spare towels and linen in the closet in the guest bath, labels on each shelf
  • There is a first aid kit in the same closet
  • There are toiletries in the guest bath cabinets
  • Basic tools are in the drawer under the telephone
  • There are spare light bulbs in the linen closet
  • Dishwashing detergent is under the sink
  • Laundry soap is on the shelf next to the washer

General Services

  • There is a video rental machine in the elevator lobby of our building.
  • The Conoco behind our unit has basic grocery items.
  • An owners fax machine is in the entertainment cabinet on the bottom shelf.(emergencies only please)
  • A dataport is located on the side of the kitchen telephone ( make sure you add a 9,to your modem setup)
  • There is an icemaker in the door of the fridge
  • Remotes for the TV and stereo are in the entertainment unit, as well as some videos if you want a movie
  • Health Club (treadmill, weights & sauna) is in the basement of the main building
  • Hot tub is located 1 unit down on our floor, hours are 10-10. Watch your step on the way back to the unit.
  • Property Office for emergencies, FedEx, directions, etc. is in the main building or dial 0 on phone
  • Unit has a private heated Garage # 33; garage door opener combination is 5,5,5,5 then push enter.
  • Ensure that you only park in front of this garage as towing is enforced v Garbage Dumpster is in Garage 9 in the West Bldg.
  • The driveways are heated but watch around the stairs v If you get locked out, office has a spare key

Tips for Your Enjoyment

  • There are fans in each bedroom if you leave these on low at night it muffles the sounds of metal stairs and ski boots…
  • Lock the front door, even when in the unit. They all look alike and.… there are some interesting stories!
  • There are blackout shades in the bedrooms it definitely makes a difference to use them.(see instructions)
  • There is ski rental and locker storage at the Maggie, downstairs at the base of Peak 9. Overnight ski storage is $3.00 and worth it. If you rent from Rec Sports, storage is supposedly free.
  • The easiest walk to the slope is straight through the main lobby and then turn right onto Broken Lance St. (the street in front of the Corral) walk down to the Marriott and you will see the sign for ski slope access.
  • If you don't feel like walking take the Circulator Bus from in front of the Corral it will take you to the base of Peak 9.

Walking Distance from the Corral:

  • The Breckenridge Brewery serves a great burger, microbrew, nacho's and some nice dinners
  • Erics is good for pizza
  • The Swiss Haven has outstanding fondue!
  • Porriers has good Cajun
  • Alpine Café is excellent but $$$
  • Sushi Breck, very good but pricey

  • Briar Rose-good prime rib
  • Uptown Bistro
